Tess joins the MWA team as a Client Service Associate where she provides client support for our members, on top of providing administrative support to our financial advisors. She leads our back office operations effectively and efficiently. Tess brings over a decade of experience in customer service from financial institutions such as TCF Bank, Wachovia Bank and Wells Fargo. She firmly believes that the level of service has to match the top notch solutions that we provide our members every day.
Tess speaks Tagalog and Italian fluently. Her passion for traveling and learning languages saw her spending five years as a translator in Italy. Outside of work and her travels, she enjoys shopping and taking long walks on the beach.
